The name
When you finish a course in Denmark, you get a bevis. When you settle an argument, you show a bevis. Beviset simply means "the proof".
That is what we think a certificate should be. Not just a nice document that says someone completed a course, but proof that anyone can check. Every certificate from Beviset has a unique ID and a public verification page, reached through a link or a QR code, that shows who issued it and whether it is still valid.

A certificate has to work for everyone who uses it. That is why Beviset thinks about issuing, sharing and verification together.
For you as the issuer
Enter recipient, course and an optional expiry date in the access-protected admin. Every certificate gets a unique ID right away, and you can see what has been issued and what status it has.

The recipient can download the certificate as a high-quality PDF or as a PNG and add it to LinkedIn with the details pre-filled. The verification link can be sent straight to an employer.
For whoever checks it
The link or the QR code leads straight to the verification. It shows who issued the certificate, which course it covers, and whether it is valid, expired or revoked.
Verification documents that the certificate is authentic and its status. It is not an accreditation of the course or a guarantee of the recipient's skills.

Beviset started as the engine behind the certificates in AI Act Manager from HverdagsAI. Now it is a standalone platform that course providers, companies and platforms can use directly or behind their own product.

No. You can issue certificates directly in the admin without writing code. You can use the API if you want a learning platform, an HR system or another system to issue certificates automatically. It is included in every paid plan.
Your system decides who has completed what and sends the details to Beviset through the API. Beviset creates the certificate with a unique ID, a verification link and a QR code. API v1 covers issuing, lookup, lists, revocation and reactivation.
Data is separated per organisation, and API access is limited to the permissions it needs.
The certificates are based on templates, and the look can vary from issuer to issuer. The templates are versioned, so later design changes do not change certificates that have already been issued.
A simple branding editor, where you adjust logo, colours, typography and signatures yourself with a live preview, is in development. It is not part of the product yet. Tell us what you have in mind for the design, and we will work out how to set it up.
The recipient can download the certificate as a high-quality PDF and as a PNG. With "Add to LinkedIn", the certificate details are filled in automatically, so it is easy to show it on a profile. The verification link can be sent directly to an employer.
No. The verification documents that the certificate is authentic, that it was issued by the stated issuer, and what status it has. It is not in itself an accreditation of the course or a guarantee of the recipient's skills.
It is a one-time introduction, so you can try Beviset with real recipients. It is not a permanent free plan, and the quota does not renew every month.
Yes. Certificates that have already been issued can still be verified after you cancel. The verification still shows the current status, so a certificate that has expired or been revoked is shown that way.
